The HR Asia Best Companies to Work for in Asia Award 2016 was organized by HR Asia to recognize outstanding employer practices. The award was designed by HR experts from academia, consultancy, and practitioners; entries were evaluated by a professional panel of judges through the conduction of extensive employee surveys. The survey investigated the inner workings of companies and accessed the workforce on their satisfaction, covering employee engagement, workplace culture, advancement, development opportunities etc. After rounds of deliberation, best practices are identified.
